    With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved bald eagle mascot, Freedom. For more than 20 years, he has symbolized pride and resilience, uniting Eagle Nation. Rescued in 2004, he found a home at Georgia Southern, inspiring generations. Thank you, Freedom. Soar beyond.

    Friends, It's with great sadness that we note the passing today of Glory, one of the Center for Wildlife Education's bald eagles. Glory, who died of natural causes, was almost 37 years old. šŸ”— bit.ly/3n5MbBK
