    Wales gave everything, but the decision not to use Ramsey is baffling. If he's fit enough to be included, he's fit enough to come on for 20 minutes. Don't just pick players because they're a good influence around the place

    If you're a fan of women's football, and the development of the game generally, are you honestly begrudging England's win because you're Welsh?Congratulating (or at least acknowledging) an English win - and what it could mean for the game - doesn't make you any less patriotic
