You literally tried to block a budget that will put more EMA money in the pockets of young people to encourage them to stay on in college. Thankfully, you failed. @WelshLabourTwice I asked the Labour First Minister to distance herself from sweeping cuts to welfare which will condemn the most vulnerable to yet more hardship.
