Okay… writers. Do you use “alright?” My editor had me change all instances of “alright” to “all right” and I’m reading through my manuscript and itching to change some of these back.

I just got a rejection from an agent who rejected me twelve days ago😂😂😂 I only queried her once. I’ve never laughed at a rejection before. Only I would get rejected TWICE.

So, I guess I did the thing. Officially signed. I started querying in December and signed at the tail end of April. I know I had one of the shorter querying journeys, but it was still a roller coaster of emotion! #AmQuerying #NoLonger #AmAgented #WritingCommmunity

Apparently “all right” is proper English. TECHNICALLY “alright” isn’t a word. (Which is something I didn’t know until my editor informed me.)
