- A judge denied @Meta's attempt to end our lawsuit against them for knowingly exposing children to addictive social media algorithms. Now, we'll continue our case and keep fighting to protect our kids online.
- Our nation's largest egg producers ran an illegal scheme to manipulate the market and raise egg prices to squeeze more profit out of consumers and businesses. We secured $3.3 million and 50 million eggs from these companies for food banks and organizations across the nation.
- In a major victory, we won our lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Education for trying to weaponize the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program. Students dedicated to public service should not be punished because of petty politics.
- Pride is about celebrating who you are and fighting for equality. As we close Pride month, I want our trans community and all LGBTQIA+ New Yorkers to know: I’ve got your back. This Attorney General will always fight by your side. Happy Pride 🌈

AG James has led the nation in rooting out fraud, recovering hundreds of millions for Medicaid. As Trump puts politics over people, NY is standing together & fighting back.During my time as Attorney General, my office has recovered over $627 million for Medicaid and was recognized by this very administration for leading the nation in anti-fraud efforts. We are considering all legal options to stop this outrageous action. reuters.com/legal/governme…
- NY AG James repostedThe Medicaid Fraud Control Unit protects access to healthcare and holds bad actors accountable, but the Trump Administration wants to undermine their anti-fraud work. This doesn't protect taxpayers, it protects fraudsters and I'm with @NewYorkStateAG in fighting back.During my time as Attorney General, my office has recovered over $627 million for Medicaid and was recognized by this very administration for leading the nation in anti-fraud efforts. - NY AG James repostedThe same administration that claims there are hundreds of billions of dollars in Medicaid fraud just defunded New York’s department dedicated to rooting out actual fraud. The hypocrisy is astounding. This decision benefits only the criminals and fraudsters @NewYorkStateAG worksDuring my time as Attorney General, my office has recovered over $627 million for Medicaid and was recognized by this very administration for leading the nation in anti-fraud efforts. - The Supreme Court is continuing down a dangerous path, letting schools ban trans students from playing on teams that align with their gender identity. New York's laws remain unchanged by this decision, and I'll keep defending those laws and fighting for trans New Yorkers.
- The Supreme Court ruled in our favor and upheld that birthright citizenship is constitutional and protected. Every child born here deserves the promise of the American dream. That was true yesterday, it's true today, and it'll be true tomorrow.

- We won our lawsuit against the Trump administration and stopped its attempt to condition billions of dollars in funding for fighting homelessness on advancing its political agenda. We will keep fighting illegal attempts to jeopardize the housing funds our communities rely on.
- I rallied on the steps of Queens Borough Hall to condemn the Supreme Court's decision to strip TPS from our Haitian and Syrian neighbors. New York's Haitian and Syrian communities are a crucial part of making our state what it is today. I’ll never stop fighting for them.
