Parade or not, there's so much to celebrate today—I had the privilege of welcoming Florida’s Firefighter Pipes & Drums to the U.S. Capitol building. Thank you for carrying our traditions with duty and pride to honor the fallen.

On June 29, in the Metrowest neighborhood, Engine 101-C helped rescue a kitten that was stuck in a wheel well of a vehicle. The kitten is now safe and was adopted by Lt. Kyle Divirglio! She doesn’t have a name yet so, leave a comment with what the kitten should be named 🐈
