Scottie Scheffler and Robert MacIntyre were put on the clock Saturday at the BMW Championship. Scheffler called it frustrating. "I didn't really feel like I did anything to put us behind on time." Scheffler said he felt gusts on 12 and 13 but couldn't step off because of it.

Lots of mud balls this week at Memorial. Most players have felt they're unavoidable. Unless you're Viktor Hovland, who was asked if he has a game plan to avoid mudballs. Predictably, the man who thinks through everything has thought through that.

Fun moment from Johnny Miller and Jack Nicklaus. Miller was breaking down Jack's swing and comparing it to Scottie Scheffler's. "I've never heard my swing analyzed that way," Nicklaus said. "He was dead on. That was really good."

Enjoyed this from Viktor Hovland on how to play Pinehurst No. 2. You must play aggressively off the tee so you're able to be conservative with the approach. Its necessary to have short clubs into these greens. "I think this course is basically that strategy, just on steroids."
