School ball is coming to a close, and you start to realize that some of these seniors I’ve played baseball with or against since I was 4 years old. Some of these guys I’ve played T ball with. And in just a few weeks…. It will be over. I won’t see them in the hall next

Good drill for me to feel stacked up on my backside. Take a look at the back leg and how the muscle is engaged through the swing. Not only that the balance. I do a lot of split squats- love doing unilateral exercises- one I think it increases the degree of difficulty. It

Anyone have something on this? Was probably the best single out of my high school times in my opinion. Ended up losing this one but energy of the game and chance to get the runner out was a memory that will last forever. How can you not like baseball !!!

Got this on August 1st. If you don’t think grades matter, they absolutely do. Don’t let your grades be a reason you don’t get to your school of choice. Put in the work on and off the field- Sacrifice! When others are out goofing off. Stay locked on to what the prize is.

Be where your feet are. Be present. Take a deep breath. Lock in. Do a job. I’ve had these types of things happen since I was ten. Not a big deal for me, it’s not personal- it’s people trying to get into your head. My advice for anyone who is hearing the noise is
