- For folks emailing/pinging about the Play policy update. Please see the update provided from Google here. As I mentioned to others, the policy was not intended to cover non-custodial wallets but imprecisely used the term "software wallets" without nuance which led to confusion.Replying to @theragetechThanks for flagging this. Non-custodial wallets are not in scope of Google Play’s Cryptocurrency Exchanges and Software Wallets Policy. We are updating the Help Center to make this clear.

- Replying to @chainyoda and @wassielawyerCayman and Singapore are not nearly as bad. Unclear if he's just referring to Panamanian judicial process or if the reference to suing in the US and serving in foreign jurisdiction. The latter requires filing something called letters rogatory and its a PITA.
