- I know people out there are criticizing Knicks fans for over-celebrating just making it to the Eastern Conference Finals but with all due respect, you don't get it. It has been 25 years since they got this far, which has been spent watching some of the worst basketball anyone
- Knicks-Pacers history 🧵 for the younger fans that did not experience the 90's rivalry. 1. These teams met 6 times from 1993-2000 with each team winning 3 of the series. 3 matchups came in the Eastern Conference Finals with the Knicks winning 2 of 3. Pacers won both semis.
- What the Knicks are doing is pretty unusual and impressive. They are winning while playing primarily young players, while stockpiling future assets, and not having any truly albatross contracts crippling them. The franchise is really in a better place than I've seen in a while.
- Whether you wanted him to retain his job or not, Tom Thibodeau was a godsend to the Knicks organization. Remember what this team was before Leon Rose came in & hired Tom Thibodeau. Knicks fans should be EXTREMELY grateful & thankful he was here to help lead them out of the abyss.
- The Schmeelks made a draft pick of their own at 4am today: Grant Peter Schmeelk. Weighed in at 8 lbs 6 ounces. Good length at 19.5 inches. Aced the medicals. No athletic testing but excellent bloodlines. Blue chip prospect. Front office is beyond thrilled with the addition. ❤👶🏼

- Knicks 🧵 1. Every smart Knicks fans knew a game like this was going to come at some point this series. Celtics shot 50% from three and outscored the Knicks by FORTY FIVE from behind the arc. Accept that and move on. Some finer points to be encouraged by and dismayed by.
- This is not meant to be hyperbolic. When it's rolling, the Knicks offense this year might be the most aesthetically pleasing Knicks offense I have ever seen in my 35 years of watching Knicks basketball. Player movement, ball movement, passing at such a high level. Fun!
