    It cost about $30k four years ago to do old house like that. The way cheaper alternative, and the best return for your dollar, is to install minisplit systems and put some vents between rooms. Installed 2 minisplits for $4k into 3k sq ft hour and it rocked my world.

    My kid identified as a T-Rex when he was little. Thankfully I didn’t impose such beliefs which would make him act like a human. He walks around with arms bent through our community attacking livestock. I’m so proud to find his cloths tainted with blood of fawn and rabbits.
