Following our last tweet, there was some discussion about the possibility of full 3D layering on the NES. We've pulled out all the stops for Former Dawn.

Fleshed out more of the Town of Gerosch in #FormerDawn, an in-development Action RPG for the NES. Partially de-janked the running animations and added 2 more NPCs.
Note the railing on the stairs in the Mayor's house.
