Today in the Ohio Senate, I introduced Senate Resolution 95 to urge Congress to maintain federal funding for Special Olympics. For more than 50 years, Special Olympics has helped foster the acceptance and inclusion of individuals with intellectual disabilities.♥️@SpecialOlympics

Inequity begins before a child is even born. In Ohio, Black moms and babies are dying at about 3x the rate of White moms and babies. This is unacceptable. We must work harder to ensure that all mothers and their babies have a strong and healthy start. #WeCareDebate
