Every dog is different.
Everyone that flushes their tampons are wrong, too stubborn to admit they’re wrong and fix it, so they’ll continue looking stupid to everyone else that throws tampons away and not into a septic tank to get backed up.
If we were talking about a charge that wasn’t a felony, I would take what you just said into consideration.
However, someone doing LESS than the minimum sentence is BEYOND wrong and has happened way too often.
