- We are still waiting on some equipment but it is really coming together. We are lifting outside for a couple weeks to stay even farther apart but with 7,500 sq feet we should be able to distance in here as well. @HarrisonWeight1 @HHS_Raider_FB
- We got a little concerned today during afternoon workouts when we heard some rumors coming out of Indy. Hopefully smarter people than us come up with a plan for the kids to play at some point. They deserve it for their hard work and adaptability. @HHS_Raider_FB @HarrisonWeight1
00:00 - Football workouts are back at AJ Rickard Stadium. Great first day of work and organization. Thankfully mother nature took it easy on the boys and ended things after 1 hour. IT WAS HOT! We have a lot of work to do but we are JACKED and ready for whats next!!!
00:00 - Final days of the old weight room. Soon we will be in a 7,000 square foot room specifically designed for athletes. #TogetherWeWill
00:00 - 74 kids working hard during P2 today. We have kids from all 8 fall sports getting great in-season workouts. Although we modify game day workouts our kids generally get 10-15% stronger each semester. Those 8 sports are 55-5 this fall in the NCC frosh-varsity! @HarrisonWeight1
00:00 - The Raiders got better today with a HUGE gift from Atlas Excavating and CEO @KCDillon! Thirty - 120lb Fitness Sandbags for our players to use so they can get stronger and more explosive while staying safe at home!
- Week 1 in the books for the Raiders. The kids have been AWESOME! Things are very different for us coaches, but in four days the kids already have a new routine and they get it. It is HOT! and workouts are HARD! ... and they love it! And they love being part of a team again!

00:00 - Yes we provide 8oz of chocolate milk to kids after working out in class. Kids pay $25 per 18 weeks and we give them milk 4 days per week (.35 per) Some athletes double up for 16oz $50. The fridge was was paid for from a NFL/Colts play 60 grant a few years back. @HarrisonWeight1
