    I had the opportunity to speak at a conference organised by London School of Economics to speak alongside Judith Butler. I received a standing ovation for my intervention which obviously is b/c of all my comrades collective wisdom which taught me everything I know. A snippet.

    Pasoori is at 99 million & about to hit 100 million soon on YouTube. The song is currently a hit globally playing in the malls of Japan, the clubs in Sweden, the cars in India and all over Bangladesh. It hit the Spotify global charts weeks ago & was in top 20 on Singapore Spotify

    This man in one interview says he often cheats on his wife & he’s such a great actor that she never finds out. When iffat asks him about #MeToo he dismisses the movement and says “yeh sab deen say dori hai” Pakistani men are just work of art!

    My daadi refused to marry on the day of her wedding and the barat had to return because she was smitten by the handsome ustaad walking by her street, said I’ll only marry him. The handsome ustaad later became my grandfather. 🙈
