- I am excited to announce that I will joining the Gameplay Development Team for NBA 2K. I look forward to having a positive impact on future iterations of the 2K series.
- One of the new controller settings for 2K25 is Passive Dribble Hand Switches. I turn mine off because I like to control which hand the ball is in at all times. Just want to remind you all to take a look at this. Especially the dribblers.
- Strength does matter when holding/breaking boxouts in 2K26.
- My favorite takeovers in 2K25 to use. Chef - boost three point, mid-range and ball handle. Great for 3 point hunting guards. Satellite - boost three point, mid-range and speed. Ideal takeover for elite off-ball shooters. Gifted Hands - boost steal and three pointer. Perfect
- For all my 6’10 and up players. Lab up Jokic’s hop shot with rhythm shooting. Do it by holding down RT/R2 + Down on RS then, flick up on RS in rhythm as your player releases the ball. Very smooth and easy time. Works really well going left or right regardless of shooting
- For all my guards out there be open to using a smaller guard in 2K25. Smaller guards will have more attribute points to work with. You will also have access to the new badge, Mini Marksman. Personally, I have been enjoying playing on a small guard. Typically 6’0-6’2 is the height
- General 2K24 Builder Tips - If you focus on specific attributes you will be rewarded with highest badge levels and animation gates in that respective attribute. - You can still make balanced/“do it all” builds but you may have to sacrifice not having as many high tier Gold/HOF
- Thoughts on 2K26 so far?
- Here is my lock build Cap breakers can be added to Perimeter Defense or Steal to reach 99. Max + 1 tier 2 for HOF Immovable Enforcer. Max + 1 tier 1 on Legend interceptor or any defensive badge you choose. 3 and D takeover.
- Here is my 2nd build for those who are curious. It is meant to be a secondary ball handler two-way bruiser guard. 99 three ball when cap breakers are applied. I switch between Satellite and Slice takeover to make up for the 82 speed.
