🎉BREAKING: A judge has granted our request for a preliminary injunction, which will keep Ohio’s 6 week abortion ban blocked indefinitely. Abortion will remain legal in the state of Ohio. This is a MAJOR victory for reproductive freedom.

This is unconstitutional. The @CityofCleveland has no authority to restrict the rights and access of the press. The power of the people is rooted in the ability of the #FreePress to investigate and report news, especially in times of upheaval. We are reviewing this situation.

Sheriffs are elected officials who have a duty to serve ALL members of their community. They are sworn to protect the public from intimidation and oppression. For the sitting sheriff of Portage County to be engaging in the very type of behavior he’s meant to combat is despicable.

🚨As a government official, Sheriff Zuchowski's threats against Portage County residents are unconstitutional. Displaying a political yard sign is protected First Amendment activity. He apparently needs to learn this in court.
