This is what an elite championship approach feels like. Be more mentally exhausted than physically tired. Get the work in. Interesting that even though the Dodgers are labeled as a data driven team Doc doesn't even hint at that. You need an elite mind set

We can't be serious with this? You are trying to tell me a a 2027 was a 1.71 pop? There is absolutely ZERO chance. It's not the kids fault they are just do what is rewarded. There can not be a college coach or pro scout that will see this as anywhere close to accurate.

Dear 2025 class - just because it’s 8/1 and the phone doesn’t ring doesn’t mean you give up. Recruiting is not what it used to be. Get in the weight room get stronger. Keep working on development. Your time will come. For those that do get the call, you don’t have to commit today

As a hitter if you are not hunting fastballs early in counts then you are doing yourself a disservice. Go hunting and time the fastball.

For all HS & College baseball prospects. This is spot on from Reds 1B Joey Votto. Couldn’t be more correct. If you cannot time up FB velo @ the higher levels in this game your baseball career won’t last long. As the ole saying goes “The key to hitting a cb-is not to miss the fb.”

You know what is beautiful about baseball season starting? We get to see who can actually play. No more posting pen data numbers, full sprints running and throwing into nets, forget the cage bombs and your fake 1.7 pop times. Now is the time we find out if you are real or not.

As coaches how often do you give a 3-0 take? Lose that and teach guys to hunt and drive on 3-0. Many times it is the best pitch you will see yet as coaches we take that away from hitters. Don't over think it and make it harder for hitters. #RideTheWave🌊
