- In today’s win Nick Merkel sets the single season strike out record with 125. This record was previously held by Milwaukee Brewer minor leaguer Peyton Long.
- CMU recieved the 2 seed in the National Tournament. They will take on 3 seed Hope International (Calif). The Eagles will be leaving Fayette Mo on Saturday at 7a.m. to head on down to Montgomery Alabama to play on Harrison Field. 1st game for the Eagles will be on Monday May 13.
