    This summer was a once in a lifetime kind of experience as a coach. Finished 30-2-3 winning 4/6 tournaments. Around some of the best talent you will see on a field with 6 power 5 commits, 9 D1 commits, 7 D2 commits, 5 JUCO commits, 2 NAIA commits, 3 D3 commits.

    I don’t care who the kid is. I don’t care how hard he throws. This is a blatant disrespect to the opposing player and the game of baseball as a whole.

    There are select pro players that exhibit behavior that is not appropriate I will agree with you there. But this is about as bad as Iv seen it. This is not even a celebration, it is directed at the opposing batter and no one else. There’s no room for that in baseball

    Baseball is a game of failure. You have to know how to respond when it’s good and bad. It is unfortunate the kid has had a coach for this long that has not helped him correct the behavior.

    Before I tweet out stats of our 2 games today I have to address something… this SP threw 126 pitches in our game. and threw around 25 in the game before us. SICKENING! We have to be better as coaches and tourney Directors to these players. Stop being blinded by plastic trophies!

    Max Clark went 0-4 with a walk tonight. He’s starting off slow in Low-A and has been visibly frustrated with himself. Yet, even on a rough day, he takes the time to clean the dugout ALONE before leaving. He does it after every game. Last one out. Detroit got a good one.

    @LegacyMI_BAS 18u wins the @PastimeBaseball University of Michigan- The All Prospect T.O.C. With a 12-1 victory in the final capping off a great weekend of baseball finishing up with a 47 run differential for the entire tourney and mercy’d teams in 5/6 games. #6-0
