- 🗣MESSAGE C/O 2021 and family, there are 6,500 kids active in the transfer portal, and likely more after X-mas break.The NCAA has granted an additional year to athletes due to C-19 but no additional scholarships. This is not the year to "big boy" anyone, COMMITT AND BE GRATEFUL.
- Having a "Recruiting coordinator" in HS shouldn't be this unheard-of, If we aren't trying to promote our guys to college coaches to get them a degree then what are we doing?
- Sometimes you need a little perspective! For the young strength coaches. This was my old training area...I hated it, dirty, nasty, rusty you name it. But I didn't go get a new job, I made my job better! That's called perseverance. Don't find excuses, FIND A WAY!

- Replying to @coach_harvey18I agree however, I also stress the importance of doing their research, before blindly sending film. There efforts can be spent towards sending them to actual college coaches.
