- I don’t want to hear “taking the high road” as a euphemism for DECLINING to prosecute the criminal politicians who victimized the American people for the past 4 years. Declining to hold criminals accountable isn’t “taking the high road.” It is the very definition of INJUSTICE.
- When John McCain took the mic away from the woman woman who began lying about Obama & came to Obama’s defense, THAT was the best of American politics. There is not a single Republican member of Congress who will “take the mic” from Trump. That’s the worst of American politics.
- When Trump was told there is no evidence that immigrants are eating people's pets, Trump said, "well, I saw it on TV." I saw Star Trek on TV. And Lost In Space. And The Twilight Zone.
- The Democrats should show Mitch McConnell all the respect and deference he showed them in recent years.
- Congress, if you’re listening . . . may I please make a suggestion? Subpoena Postermaster General Louis DeJoy - a multimillion $ Republican donor - & grill him on how he’s intentionally slowing mail delivery. If he fails to appear, please use your lawful inherent contempt powers.
- Attorney General Bill Barr is the enemy of the people.
- Adam Schiff is a powerful, remarkable advocate. America owes him a debt of gratitude for his efforts to hold accountable a criminal president.
- Recall: Pompeo did a questionable $8 billion arms deal w/the Saudis. When State Dept IG started investigating, Pompeo fired him. When Congress issued subpoenas to investigate, Pompeo ordered people not to comply. We The People look forward to what Tony Blinken finds at State.
- The last words the jury heard before the prosecutors rested their case - Defendant Elmer Rhodes saying: “We should have brought rifles. We could have fixed it right then & there. I’d hang f**king Pelosi from the lamppost.” In the courtroom, you could have heard a firing pin drop.
- Judge Barrett: how do feel about the fact that you’re getting a hearing 3 weeks before a presidential election while Sen. McConnell unconstitutionality DEPRIVED Judge Garland a confirmation hearing because 8 months before a presidential election was “too close” to the election?
- You know what’s despicable? Lindsey Graham refusing to testify to a Georgia grand jury about Trump’s crimes while simultaneously bleating about how DOJ must be transparent & unseal the search warrant affidavit so we can see all the evidence of Trump’s crimes.
