You do NOT have a right to shut down other people's classes, their speakers or prevent them from studying in the frickin library. - Protest is and should be protected, but you don't have a right to disrupt classes or use bullhorns in the library. This is a minority of students deciding for everyone else if they can study or even if they can get to class. - Why do you think this would be a FIRE case? It doesn’t involve the First Amendment other than the fact that a newspaper has a First Amendment right to fire an opinion columnist.
