- Positive thoughts appreciated for my 88 year old mum. Ambulance on way - high temperature, breathless etc. :-(
- Mum has finally been discharged from hospital after beating #Covid_19. Now in a rehab centre for six weeks. An 88 year old with heart failure beating this thing, despite getting pneumonia etc, is so encouraging. Fingers crossed for your loved ones if in a similar situation.
- For the first time, I’ve asked for help with my anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts - other than with the GP. Just came off the phone with the NHS folk and have a 45min psych evaluation call next week. This makes me a stronger, not weaker, person. #fighting #depression
