    I’m fucking angry. My Governor is in NH today. He’s traveled to three states since the flooding and only came back to Florida to sign the abortion ban and hauled ass back out of state to campaign for president. No stop in Fort Lauderdale. A fucking disgrace.

    It’s been almost 10 weeks, and Ron DeSantis hasn’t called a special election to fill three majority-black legislative districts, including mine. This is unconstitutional, undemocratic, and cannot stand.

    Received a call from the Bloomberg campaign last week offering $6,500/mo with benefits for an advisory role on the campaign. That’s 100% more than I’m making now. My answer was of course— No. I’m with @BernieSanders. They out here stealing people y’all!

    A white terrorist murders 17 people at a high school in Broward County w/ an AR-15, and he's cuffed gently and escorted humanely. A black child in Broward gets sprayed & has his skull smashed into the concrete by two officers while posing no threat. Get the point? #Broward

    Against the consensus of the medical community and the American Association of Pediatrics, Florida's Board of Medicine has voted to accept the state's petition to ban gender affirming care as it exists and essentially force de-transition. It's a sad dark day in Florida.
