Dear @Casetify, using stolen X-rays of phone internals doesn't make you a tech genius; it makes you a copycat. How about investing some of those "cutting-edge" profits into supporting Right to Repair or wheelchair advocacy? Or is that too original for you?

Instead, they stole this X-Ray design from @iFixit and seemingly tried to sweep it under the rug during yesterday’s chaos. (4/4)

As far as I can tell, there is no way to open a Mac Studio. Which isn’t a surprise as far as RAM or GPU upgrades - we knew Apple would never allow that… but the thermals on this machine are super important and we can’t even clean out the fans every few months 🙃

We never thought we’d see the day: Apple will offer parts, tools, and software to DIY fixers starting next year. There are some catches, but we’re thrilled to see Apple admit what we’ve always known: Everyone’s enough of a Genius to fix an iPhone: bit.ly/3chZSHQ

Yep, the iPhone 16e's MagSafe magnets sure are gone! Looks like one less top camera really did help with a larger battery, too - take a look, thanks to our friends at @lumafield

We stopped playing the new Mario Kart just long enough to tear down the Switch 2 and find out how repairable it really is. It didn't take long before we started wondering: Is this the best Nintendo could do? We say no. The Switch 2 earned a repairability score of 3 out of 10,
A complete teardown of the Nintendo Switch 2, with all internal components carefully laid out and organized. Joy-Cons, motherboard, heat pipe, battery, and other parts are evenly spaced in a grid pattern against a white background.
