    BREAKING: The Biden admin just announced an asylum ban. The proposed regulation will effectively slam the door on asylum seekers who want nothing more than the opportunity to present their case. This isn’t just cruel, it’s a dismissal of our international treaty obligations.

    BREAKING: SCOTUS just issued its judgement in Texas v. Biden, certifying the Biden admin's ability to end Remain in Mexico. The human cost of this deadly program is clear and the admin must follow through on ending RMX swiftly and humanely to keep migrants #SafeNotStranded.

    The Biden admin has swiftly designated TPS for Ukraine, as it should. But other non-white populations from places like Cameroon, Ethiopia, Mauritania, Afghanistan, + Central America have been fighting for far too long for the same protections.

    🎉BREAKING: We won! The judge just officially stayed (blocked) the federal notice that was set to end humanitarian parole for Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela on April 24th. The court also granted us class certification. Stay tuned for more details on what this ruling means!

    🔊🚨UPDATE on #humanitarianparole: JAC + @humanrights1st just had our 2nd hearing this week in Boston in Svitlana Doe v. Noem + the judge indicated that she will rule soon to stay (block) the revocation of parole. It was a packed courthouse w/ many impacted members in attendance.
