    It's #WorldTurtleDay! A/Prof Ellen Ariel from @JCUTurtleHealth cleans a baby green sea turtle. In the wild turtles clean their shells by rubbing up against rocks & sea weed, so to keep them clean at the Centre volunteers gently scrub their shells with a toothbrush @WorldTurtleDay
