I continue to be really chuffed about the @kirodotdev CLI 2.7.0 launch. /goal (agent loops until verifiably done) and queue steering (redirect mid-turn without cancelling) have changed how I work with agents day-to-day. Lots more to come ... soon
We heard from builders: the best ideas don't wait for business hours. They come to you on the subway, between meetings, or when you're grabbing coffee. @kirodotdev spec-driven development is now available on iOS so your coding agent can keep working after you close your laptop.
3/ 🛠️Specs are now in the CLI. A built-in agent that thinks through requirements, design, and tasks before writing code, then executes sequentially with verification between each step. Part of the experimental CLI 3.0, try it with kiro-cli —v3 → kiro.dev/docs/cli/v3/sp…

Two new things just dropped in Kiro CLI:
/goal — set a target, define max iterations, walk away.
the agent doesn't stop until it has proof it's done.
Ctrl+S — toggle between steering and queuing mid-session.
inject prompts between turns instead of waiting for the LLM to finish.
You told us there was a gap in our pricing tiers. We heard you.
Today we’re introducing Kiro Pro Max, a new tier designed to address that gap. $100/mo.
Here’s what you get:
→ 5,000 credits/month
→ Claude Opus 4.8, Sonnet 4.6, Auto
→ specs, hooks, Kiro Web, subagents, full
How much time are you losing to syntax?
Daniel Heberling, AWS Hero, started using Kiro just to understand what their code was doing.
The shift? More time thinking about data flow, system structure, and what the user actually sees.
Same work. Clearer picture.

Multi-agent pipelines in @kirodotdev CLI can now self-correct. Reviewer stage sends work back to the implementer, loops until quality bar is met, then returns results to you. Code review without the human bottleneck on first pass.
