After Modi junked a deal for purchase of 126 Rafales (in which 108 were to be made by HAL under transfer of technology) & purchased 36 Rafales at 3 times the price per jet (with Anil Ambani getting all offset contracts), the IAF wants to buy another 114 Rafales!
