The Terra Chain Upgrade v2.14 has now been completed. This upgrade has burned the difference between the Axelar Bridge Account and the On-Chain @axelar assets on Terra 🌕 Meaing Axelar assets can be freely transferred between Terra <> Axelar and the wider @cosmos ⚛️ Users

Axelar assets are live on Terra 🌕 The engineers at @axelar have re-activated the appropriate channel. Now Axelar assets can be sent between Terra and Axelar again. OTC arb opportunities are available by depositing Axelar assets to Terra and making a trade, e.g. swap 1,000

The Terra Recovery Proposal #4819 has just passed with full support from the Terra Community. In line with this plan, LUNA from the community pool will now be used to repair the impact of the exploit on the IBC Hooks vulnerability on Terra. @terra_money
