In the early evening hours of May 26, the search for the suspect led Pukatawagan #rcmpmb officers to ahome where they arrested a 15yo male w/o incident. The youth remains in police custody & will be remanded later today on a number of charges. Investigation continues. - On May 23, 10:05pm, Thompson RCMP responded to a single-vehicle collision on Thompson Dr N after a car, reportedly driving erratically prior to, drove into a hydro pole. The driver, a 56yo male from Thompson, was taken to hospital & pronounced deceased.
A 53yo female passenger was taken to hospital w/ serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Thompson RCMP, with assistance of RCMP Traffic Services, continue to investigate. - Chemawawin #rcmpmb arrest wanted male and are searching for a second suspect.
