    I think the only red flag when hiring for me has been people with zero sense of humor/whimsy when I ask funny questions (like if you were a potato, what kind would you be?). And it’s not really a red flag so much as a sign they may not enjoy working with our very goofy team. 🤷🏻‍♀️
