Giggle has applied to have Giggle v Tickle heard in the High Court. “We have filed for special leave in the High Court… Because the federal court is saying men can be women in law & making women only spaces effectively unisex, we are going to the High Court to challenge that.”

Angela Carini abandoned the match moments into it. She was expected to compete against a man in women’s sport. This is not right, fair or safe. She should not have had to do any of this. Get men out of women’s sport.

Terminating a woman’s gym membership because she objected to a man in the women’s change room only proves that gyms are capable of terminating memberships based on behavior, they just deem a woman having boundaries to be worse than a man ignoring them.
