Damn, if only Scarlet/Violet weren't as blurry, aliasing-infested, had better frame rate, draw distances, shadows, culling, better animations and higher res-textures it would look really good!
You can still catch wild Pokemon unaware. It makes them miss a turn and I’ve found it might increase catch rate (depending on the type). Sneaking helps getting closer without alerting them.
