- 4k people who love keeping up with my hiking stories ❤️❤️🥳 Thanks for being here and interacting Come hike with me sometime🤗
- Saturday napeleka some few people for sky cycling pale Tigoni🚴 I have some kidogo slots left. Wanna come? The package covers transport from Nairobi and back, sky cycling fee, light lunch and water. There's a self drive package too.
- Another badge earned 🥰 Kang’ere Waterfall is such a spectacle! To access it, drive up to Castle Forest Gate. It’s a 8 Kms beginner friendly hike. Only 1Kms of this is steep, the rest is a flat walk through a really beautiful forest🤩
- Kahunira Waterfall trail is perfect for beginners. 10 Kms and you get to see and experience these 3 beautiful pools. Good swimmers will enjoy it more since it’s quite deep in most sections. Tip; if you are not sure of the depth, use your hiking pole to test before getting in.
- Anyway, the next time we are having a proper shower is in 5 days. We took the last proper one today morning. Also, about to go offline till then. The goal is Lenana Peak, Mt Kenya 💪 #mtkenya
- I've hiked under the rains severally. The experience is different as compared to hiking in the sun. It's harder but it also allows you to come home to yourself. Imagine walking with the rain beating on you and you have to self soothe and really stay with your thoughts.
- The attitude fueling me lately; 1. If it's mine, it's mine. This sorts my random panic moments. 2. I don't have to have it all figured out to do something. This sorts my anxiety and fear of making mistakes. 3. Stay celebrating myself. Sorts those moments when things feel slow.
- Chasing Thuci Waterfall in Irangi Forest, Embu County; A 22 Kms trail with gentle inclines and lots of flat sections. The pool is huge and surrounded by this gorgeous jungle. It’s a 4hrs drive so leave Nairobi by 5. Our rangers John and Julius were amazing! Highly recommend 🙌
- What a Njine Kabia experience looks like; mini-hike, wild swing and relaxation by a waterfall in a hammock. Highly recommend 💚
- Usiboeke kwa nyumba this Saturday. I gatchu. We are doing an 18 Kms moderate Hike through Castle/Kamweti Forest ✨ It's moderate because it's flat 90% of the time. It's only steep by the waterfall. Alafu those who love cold duff, mtaenjoy 🏊
- Okay, I love selfies and big hair, and flowers in my big hair 🥰
- Some shots from yesterday - chasing Githobokoni Waterfall🧚🏼♂️ That descent down to this massive waterfall had me questioning my hiking skills😭😆
