SOUTHERN GERMANY // Jens Wagner / YENCE Studio is an award winning designer and artist focused on film, culture, and visual storytelling. His path into design grew out of a mix of actionsport, pop culture, street art and a lasting interest in how images shape stories. Based between Los Angeles and Stuttgart during his studies he graduated in Communication Design at the Staatliche Akademie der Bildenden Künste Stuttgart in Germany. At the core of his practice is an understanding of design and art as one continuous space, where function and expression are deeply connected. This approach often extends his work beyond communication into open, reflective visual systems. Over time his work formed through a hands-on practice navigating between analog techniques and digital workflows. Jens has worked with major studios, independent filmmakers and cultural partners on projects ranging from key art and title design to visual identities and film campaigns. Jens continues to build close collaborations that bring together craft, curiosity, and a shared love for film, culture and design.
