Rules and Regulations for the 24-Hour Hackathon Event at RNSIT College:
1. The hackathon is open to all current engineering students. Participants can form teams of 1-4 members.
2. All participants must follow proper code of conduct, failure to do so will lead to immediate disqualification.
3. The hackathon problem statements will be announced at the beginning of the event.
4. Participants must start working on their projects once the hackathon begins and continue until the designated end time.
5. Plagiarism without proper attribution is strictly prohibited. (i.e. mention the source clearly and the improvements made)
6. Participants must bring their own laptops, chargers, extension boxes and any other necessary equipment. A stable internet connection will be provided.
7. With regard to the winners, the judging panel's decision will be final and cannot be contested.
8. Participants are not allowed to leave the campus after 6pm and will not be allowed inside the campus before 6am should they choose to leave.
9. Food and refreshments will be provided to the participants.
Violation of any of the rules and regulations may result in immediate disqualification.
