Team Formation

 

  • Students can participate solo or in a team of up to 4 members.

  • Teams must be finalized by 21st August, 11:59 PM .

  • Cross-functional and cross-location teams are allowed and encouraged.

Project Timeline

  • All coding must be done between 26th July and 14th October.

  • Pre-existing projects, codebases, or models are not allowed unless explicitly permitted by the organizers (only public libraries and datasets can be reused).

  • Submissions (Stage 2) must be made between 15th and 20th October via the official Devpost page.

Project Requirements

  • Projects must solve a defined real-world or theoretical problem using algorithms.

  • Allowed categories include (but are not limited to):

    • Optimization algorithms

    • Data structures

    • AI/ML algorithms

    • Graphs & dynamic programming

    • Algorithmic trading/logistics/recommendation systems

  • Each submission must include:

    • GitHub link to the code

    • A clear README with problem statement, solution approach, and instructions to run

    • (Optional but recommended) Demo video or presentation (max 3 minutes)
