Teams must have 1-4 members. Participants may only be on one team. A team can only submit one project.

No development may start before the start date and time of the hackathon (April 7th, 2025 @ 6:00PM ET). Any teams that violate this rule will be automatically disqualified. All code written before the hackathon should be claimed as such so judges are aware of what was built during the hackathon. We encourage you to build something new!

You must submit your hackathon project to the submission portal BEFORE the deadline (May 20th, 2025 - 7:00 PM ET / 11:00 PM UTC). Any team who fails to submit before the deadline will be disqualified.

Your submission must contain the following. If your submission is missing a required component, it will be disqualified.
- REQUIRED - A demo video to show off your project (3-5 minutes MAX)
- REQUIRED - A link to your code repository (github, etc.)

optional - A link to a live preview of your project
Projects will be judged on the following criteria:
- Routine Difficulty: Quality of your Project Idea. Potential impact of your idea. Ambition/scope of the project.
- Routine Execution: Project achievement. What you actually built. Does it work? Were you able to solve the problem you set out to solve?
- General Effect: Swag Factor, Presentation, Applicability to Bitcoin
Elligibility
Anyone is elligible to compete who satisfy the following conditions:
- Above legal age of majority in country of residence
- All countries/territories, excluding standard exceptions
- You agree to the Hackathon Participation Agreement
