Dates

1. The final project must be worked on/created from 7:00 PM, November 4 to 11:00 AM, November 6, EST. Winners will be announced on the evening of November 6.

2. Teams can use an idea they had before the event, but ALL work on the final project MUST be completed during the hackathon.

3. Teams can use libraries, frameworks, or open-source code in their projects. 

4. Teams can be disqualified from the competition at the organizers' discretion. Reasons may include but are not limited to breaking the Competition Rules or other unsporting and inappropriate behaviour.

5. The project MUST only be submitted to ClockHacks. Cross-submission is not allowed!

Eligibility

1. More than 50% of the team must be high school, middle school, or elementary school students.

Project and Submission Requirements

1. Teams must be groups of 1-4.

2. Teams should be made up exclusively of high school students who are not organizers, mentors, judges, sponsors, or in any other privileged position at the event; however, teams are allowed to gain advice and support from these people if needed.

3. The shipping of prizes will be restricted to Canada and USA only. (MLH prizes can be shipped internationally)
