I think you need to own the plugin to have access to support.
Try asking in discussions instead, DM the author, or ask the person who purchased the plugin to open the support ticket 👍
As said in the title, I don't have the opportunity to get support from the author of "RealPVE" since the "New support request" button is not shown.
