To participate in CodeQuest you must be 13 or older, violation of this eligibility will result in your project not being considered for prizes.
Judging Criteria and Winner Selection
Your project at CodeQuest will be evaluated based on the following criteria. Make sure to address each aspect to maximize your score and impress the judges.
1. Innovation and Creativity (25%)
- Originality: Is the solution unique or does it offer a novel approach to an existing problem?
- Creativity: How imaginative and inventive is the solution in addressing the problem?
2. Technical Complexity (25%)
- Technical Depth: What is the level of complexity and sophistication in the AI/ML techniques used?
- Implementation: How well is the solution implemented? Is the code robust, efficient, and well-documented?
3. Impact and Feasibility (25%)
- Problem-Solving: How effectively does the solution address the problem statement?
- Potential Impact: What is the potential positive impact of the solution on the intended audience or industry?
- Feasibility: How practical and realistic is the implementation of the solution in real-world scenarios?
4. Presentation and Clarity (25%)
- Clarity of Explanation: How clearly is the problem, solution, and impact communicated?
- Demo Quality: How well does the demo showcase the functionality and benefits of the solution?
- Visuals and Design: Is the project visually appealing and user-friendly? Are the presentation materials well-organized and engaging?
