Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, you'll receive credit toward future billing.
Your infrastructure configurations remain yours. The CLI stores everything locally. If you cancel a paid plan, you'll still have access to the Community features, and your existing cloud clusters will continue running (managed through your cloud provider).
Consulting hours are monthly allocations and don't roll over. However, if you need additional hours in a given month, you can purchase them separately at our standard consulting rates.
Yes! Annual billing saves you 2 months (pay for 10, get 12). Contact us for annual pricing options.
Currently, AWS is fully supported with EKS cluster management. GCP, Azure, and DigitalOcean support is on our roadmap. Professional and Founder tier members get early access to new provider integrations.
