You will receive your scripts within 72 hours. The concept and storyboard within a week, and the video a week after that.

No, but we recommend doing it. There is less chance of financial surprises or misunderstandings. If we’re not a fit we’ll be giving you free guidance as well.

No worries, this doesn’t happen very often but if it does – you get unlimited revisions!

If you need changes, chat with us whenever you need via your exclusive project management dashboard, portal. 

We also encourage you to interact with a feedback software that you’ll have access. 

There are no contracts or long-term agreements. You can pause or cancel at any time. If we started work on your videos before you decided to cancel, you won’t be eligible for a refund.

While you’re welcome to cancel your subscription, we do not offer refunds. 

Due to the nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued once an assignment is active and has started.

Request a cancellation in writing at least 72 hours before your subscription renews.
