Bobby Gall
Lead Pastor, Teaching Pastor, Administration
Bobby and Emily have been married since 2012 and have 3 children. 12 years ago God lead Bobby to become a staff member here and has served in a variety of roles. He was ordained and joined the pastoral team in 2019. In April of 2026 he became the lead pastor. Bobby loves to study God’s Word and enjoys explaining Scripture in class settings and in one-on-one conversations. He and Emily worked in foster care in a variety of roles for almost 10 years. They have a huge heart for children who are hurting. The Galls enjoy books, coffee, and going on family adventures to explore new places. Pastor Bobby is hoping that one of his kids picks up golf so they can go to the course together, and Emily is hoping one of them will enjoy cooking so she doesn’t have to.
David & Cherie Green
David: Teaching Pastor, Worship and Praise Leader, Choir Director and World Evangelism Catalyst
Cherie: Office Manager
Pastor David has been a part of BBC since 1986. He was a missionary kid to Taiwan sent out of BBC and later sent out as a missionary too in 2006. He and his wife, Cherie, have been married for 29 years and have four children.
They love to go on outdoor excursions (Deception Pass is their favorite outdoor hangout spot). Their kids grew up in Taiwan while David and Cherie served as missionaries for 17 years. Currently, David serves BBC through teaching, music, and global outreach. He is heavily involved in leading congregational music, leading choir and other music groups, communication with the missionaries, church outreach events, and weekly teaching and preaching. Cherie serves in many ways, she is our office manager, and disciples many of our young ladies. They are currently leading our Young Adults ministry together.
Jeremiah Campbell
Pastor in training, Kids and Youth Leader, Music Development
While they are not originally from Washington State, Jeremiah and Amanda have adapted well to the Seattle culture of rain, hiking, rock beaches, and coffee. Their married life began in May 2020, and have thoroughly enjoyed visiting new places, going on hikes with their puppy, and serving together at Bible Baptist. You’ll often find them serving at BBC in several different areas such as kid’s ministry, music ministry, or A/V ministry. They are passionate about serving their Savior here in Everett, while also having the desire to plant churches cross-culturally. Jeremiah and Amanda welcomed their first child in 2024, Logan.
Bob Reith
Facilities Manager
Bob and Laurie was born and raised in the PNW. He met his wife Laurie here at BBC in 1986 and married in February 1987. They later came on staff in August 2006. They have one son, Jeremy (25). Bob manages the facilities and helps carry out many logistics that help campus run smoothy and In his spare time— Bob enjoys to fish or read.
Maria Charboneau
Media Director
Maria moved to Everett, WA from Liberal, KS with a desire to be a part of Bible Baptist Church and their mission in showing love and sharing Christ to the community. Maria became involved and has taken over the media department of the church which includes photo, video, and design. After 3 years of having moved to Everett, she married Jesse. Jesse is from Biloxi, Mississippi and is now involved in the kid’s ministry and helping out with behind-the-scenes work. On their spare time, they both enjoy to work on DIY projects around their home, going thrifting, and spending time with friends and family.
