…compatibility Fixes Effect-TS#6169. The previous msgpackr version used `new Function()` for JIT optimization which throws at runtime on Cloudflare Workers despite passing the startup probe. Version 1.11.10 wraps the JIT call in a try/catch, falling back to the interpreted path.
