Running
docker run docker/cagent:1.18.7 runfails with the error saying it can't create the database.This error goes all the way back to v1.16.0, the weird thing is that 1.18.8 doesn't have this error, I'm not sure what is going on, looking at the diff of the 1.18.8 version there is nothing that I can see that would fix this...
In desperation let's just make sure that the directory where we want to store the database exists.
Fixes #1305
