[REQUEST] Add option for Chunked Uploads (Adjustable)

Not related to an app-specific problem, but rather for those of us hosting behind Cloudflare. This is a feature request.

Describe the solution you'd like
For free users of Cloudflare Tunnels, CF sets a hard limit of 100MB on file transfers. Other apps such as Filebrowser have an option in the settings to enable chunked uploads and allow to set the max size per chunk. This would be super helpful for us behind CF Tunnels.

Apologies if this option already exists, but I did not see it in the settings anywhere.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Either using non-proxied Cloudflare DNS (not ideal) or use other software that allows chunked uploads.

I added a configurable Resumable.js chunk size so FileRise can work cleanly behind Cloudflare Tunnels’ 100MB limit. You can set it in the Admin Panel (Upload settings), then uploads will use that chunk size automatically.
Also updated uploads so drag & drop uses Resumable where possible, with XHR as a fallback.
If you share your current CF Tunnel setup + what chunk size works best for you (e.g. 10–20MB), I can note it in the docs as a recommended starting point.

Badass! I was using 80MB chunks with Filebrowser and that seemed to work just fine. Could start there and dial back as needed. I'm just running cloudflared on the server to connect the Cloudflare Tunnel (not WARP). Sent from [Proton Mail](https://proton.me/mail/home) for Android.
